Reviews

Review articles synthesize and critically analyze existing evidence relevant to physiotherapy, movement science, and mental health. The journal accepts Systematic Reviews, Narrative Reviews, and Meta-Analyses that provide a comprehensive and rigorous overview of the current state of knowledge on a specific topic.

Word limit
Up to 6,000 words, excluding abstract, references, tables, figures, and figure legends.

Abstract
An abstract of up to 250 words must be provided. Structured abstracts are recommended for systematic reviews and meta-analyses.

Keywords
Provide up to six keywords immediately after the abstract. Keywords should be specific and preferably selected from MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) when applicable.

Summary Box
A Summary Box must be included immediately after the abstract, following the journal guidelines described in the Manuscript Preparation section.

Tables and Figures
A maximum of 6 tables and/or figures combined is permitted.

References
Up to 100 references are permitted.

Authors
It is recommended that the number of authors does not exceed five.

Authors must follow internationally recognized reporting guidelines according to the type of review:

PRISMA — Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses
SANRA — Narrative Reviews

Authors are encouraged to consult the EQUATOR Network to identify the appropriate reporting guideline.
